Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down by Brandon Turner

Here is the thing, unless you have $5,000,000 cash sitting around, you will eventually need to get crafty with your capital and this book is SERIOUSLY helpful. It provides several strategies on how to invest without draining your savings. The 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss

Tribe of Mentors by Timothy Ferriss

Here is another Ferriss book for you! This was actually given as a Christmas gift from my best friend to my fiancé (so sweet), and I just made it my own. Full disclosure: I have not yet read the entire thing – only excerpts! This book is 589 pages worth of life advice from some of the most successful people in the world.
